By accessing or using RailTC, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law.

Service Scope

RailTC provides analytical guidance for train waitlist and booking decisions. We are an independent platform and are not affiliated with Indian Railways or IRCTC. Final ticket status is determined solely by official railway systems and chart preparation.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when submitting PNR, route, and payment details.
• Use the platform only for lawful personal or business travel-related purposes.
• Do not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, abuse, or disrupt the service.
• Do not misuse OTP, session links, or access tokens issued for account verification.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The predictions provided by RailTC are estimates based on historical data and our proprietary algorithm. We do not guarantee the accuracy of these predictions. You should always verify the final status with official Indian Railways sources.

Limitation of Liability

RailTC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

Payments, Credits, and Refunds

Paid features are offered via one-time packs/credits as shown at checkout. Credits are non-transferable and tied to your verified account identity. Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by applicable law and payment processor policies. Completed analysis requests that have been fully delivered may not be refundable.

Intellectual Property

RailTC branding, software, content structure, and analytical presentation are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or restrict access if we detect abuse, fraud, policy violations, or security risks. We may also modify or discontinue parts of the service to improve reliability, compliance, or user safety.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold RailTC harmless against claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of RailTC are subject to the competent courts in India unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Changes to Terms and Contact
